  Stayed one night for business purposes. Hotel staff very friendly and approachable. Room was comfortable and clean with iron and ironing board. Plenty of choice for breakfast. There is a bar in the hotel which I didn't use but looked very sociable. Would stay here again if returning to Glasgow.

  This is a great hotel, the parking really secure, comfy, quiet and clean room, a lovely bar and exceptional all you can eat buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful too. And only a ten minute walk from the town centre! First rate! I will definitely be staying here again

  A short walk from the centre of the city, a stylish hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfy although the room was quite warm. Window opens but then you get fair bit of traffic noise. Shower was good quality. Breakfast was amazing, they had a pancake maker machine, never seen one before! Thoroughly worth booking breakfast!

  We had travelled from Ireland. A great tourist destination. Friendly people, all too eager to please. Your breakfast team were like that but your day time staff on reception were not up to par. I asked where the tourist Centre was & I was told there wasn't one so I went & found it myself. No maps given out on arrival, no help with what to do & see in Glasgow. Perhaps the hotel relies on tour parties rather than free travellers.
