- 2 / 5By Andrew BurtonSorry Pizza Hut but..... I was weighing up giving it a one star but the pizza was lovely. Ok so it was busy but not mega busy, it was midweek and still during the kids holidays so why did every single serving member of staff look totally destroyed and overwhelmed. Went in for son's birthday and the waitress only acknowledged anything after the third 'its my birthday' and the acknowledgment was 'what's that darling?'. No apple juice available which was followed by a story about apple juice. My wife and my meal came a good 5 mins before the kids (we were offered to have it warmed up but we declined). I love pizza and we do love a good pizza hut, the store in Hamilton is great the staff are bubbly and friendly.. I just felt sorry for these guys!October 16, 2016
